Si no, c\u00f3rtalo\u00bb.<\/em><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La jardiner\u00eda requiere tiempo, atenci\u00f3n y mucho esfuerzo. Ya sabes, todo lo que vale la pena en la vida requiere tiempo, atenci\u00f3n y mucho esfuerzo, pero la jardiner\u00eda puede ser realmente laboriosa. Disfruto conversando sobre su amor por las plantas con quienes tienen la proverbial &quot;mano verde&quot;. A algunos les gustan las flores, a otros los huertos y a otros simplemente les encanta tener el c\u00e9sped perfecto. En Misuri, Joshua y yo cultivamos un huerto. Era un proyecto divertido que \u00e9l quer\u00eda hacer de ni\u00f1o, as\u00ed que labramos la tierra, preparamos el terreno, plantamos nuestros cultivos y nos aseguramos de que tuvieran suficiente agua. Nuestras calabazas, tomates y jalape\u00f1os crecieron bien, y Joshua disfrutaba recogiendo sus cosechas.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Tambi\u00e9n plantamos zarzamoras y ar\u00e1ndanos. Estos arbustos en particular necesitaban una tierra m\u00e1s \u00e1cida, y se recomend\u00f3 mezclar posos de caf\u00e9. \u00bfQu\u00e9 habr\u00eda pasado si se nos hubiera agotado la paciencia y simplemente hubi\u00e9ramos decidido que estos hermosos arbustos ya no merec\u00edan la pena?<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La Cuaresma nos ofrece un tiempo para examinar con mesura nuestra vida espiritual, para dedicar el tiempo, la atenci\u00f3n y el esfuerzo necesarios a cultivar las pr\u00e1cticas y los ritmos que conducen a una vida de fe m\u00e1s profunda. En nuestro pasaje evang\u00e9lico, Jes\u00fas habla del cuidado adicional que necesita el jardinero para ayudar a una higuera a alcanzar su m\u00e1ximo rendimiento.
