Opening Prayer: Psalm 95<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

1 <\/sup><\/em><\/strong>Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord;
    let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.
2 <\/sup><\/strong>Let us come before him with thanksgiving
    and extol him with music and song.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/em><\/p>\n

3 <\/sup><\/em><\/strong>For the Lord is the great God,
    the great King above all gods.
4 <\/sup><\/strong>In his hand are the depths of the earth,
    and the mountain peaks belong to him.
5 <\/sup><\/strong>The sea is his, for he made it,
    and his hands formed the dry land.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/em><\/p>\n

6 <\/sup><\/em><\/strong>Come, let us bow down in worship,
    let us kneel before the Lord our Maker;
7 <\/sup><\/strong>for he is our God
    and we are the people of his pasture,
    the flock under his care.<\/em><\/p>\n

Today, if only you would hear his voice,<\/em><\/p>\n


8 <\/sup><\/strong>\u201cDo not harden your hearts as you did at Meribah,[<\/sup><\/em>a<\/sup><\/em><\/a>]<\/sup><\/em>
    as you did that day at Massah[<\/sup><\/em>b<\/sup><\/em><\/a>]<\/sup><\/em> in the wilderness,
9 <\/sup><\/strong>where your ancestors tested me;
    they tried me, though they had seen what I did.
10 <\/sup><\/strong>For forty years I was angry with that generation;
    I said, \u2018They are a people whose hearts go astray,
    and they have not known my ways.\u2019
11 <\/sup><\/strong>So I declared on oath in my anger,
    \u2018They shall never enter my rest.\u2019\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
